I’m passionate about open science and sharing what I am doing. If you have a question about mental health data science and in particular electronic health records then do get in touch!
GitHub
I have shared much of my code for cleaning and analysing CPRD data on my GitHub page. All of my fellowship research will also be shared here. Please do give it a look and feel free to get in contact if you have queries.
Open science framework
I pre-publish my study protocols on the Open Science Framework wherever possible. Take a look at what I am working on here.
Pre-print servers
I pre-print my manuscripts on servers such as MedRxiv.
Code list repositories
While many of my code lists are available on GitHub, I have additionally published many of them on the HDR UK phenotype library.
Team science approaches
I aim to be collaborative and approachable in everything I do. I enjoy working as part of a team, and working across disciplines and expertise. In my fellowship I am drawing heavily on those with expertise in cancer and cardiovascular disease epidemiology, on people with lived experience of mental and physical health conditions, and of the clinical expertise of colleagues in the Division of Psychiatry at UCL.
I am also part of an exciting NIHR funded Team Science award, working with a diverse group of researchers across England to better understand the interplay of mental health, medications and mobility.
